Work

Built, shipped, still running.

One project for each thing we sell: a website, three workflow systems and a product — all in production, all still maintained by us. Screenshots carry client data blurred; numbers are confirmed with the client before they go on this page.

Website · Outsourceylon International

A site that brings the work in.

Outsourceylon sells to estate agencies and property marketing companies overseas: floor plans, image enhancement, 3D models and virtual tours, on a 24-hour turnaround. The old site said none of that clearly, and enquiries came by referral only.

We rebuilt it around what agencies actually ask — what do you make, how fast, what does it cost, can I see it — with a quote request that lands in email and WhatsApp, a CMS the team edits themselves, and SEO set up properly for the searches agencies make.

Before

A brochure site nobody updated. Enquiries by referral only.

Built

Service pages per asset type, a portfolio, a quote form to email and WhatsApp, a CMS, SEO foundations and analytics.

After

Agencies arrive from search, see the work, and request a quote without a phone call.

Hundreds of jobs a month stopped living in a hundred spreadsheets.

Outsourceylon produces property marketing assets for agencies overseas: 2D and 3D floor plans, image enhancement, 3D models, virtual tours. Hundreds of small jobs a month, each with a brief, a deadline and a price.

Before the platform, the business ran on Google Drive and spreadsheets: a sheet for jobs, a sheet for prices, a sheet for invoices, folders for files. It worked, but nothing connected, so nobody could see where the profit went, how much more work the team could take, or where quality was slipping.

Before — spreadsheets that didn't talk to each other

Jobs in one sheet, prices in another, invoices in a third, files in Drive. Retyping between them. Late jobs found by the client.

Built — one platform the whole team works from

Every job logged once with its brief, client and price. Stages the team moves it through. Due dates visible to everyone. Plus a new website that brings the work in.

After — order, and room to grow

Quotes go out from one price list. Nothing is retyped. The owner sees output, margin and quality on a board, and takes on more clients without adding people.

Every asset checked before an agency sees it.

An agency notices a wrong dimension or a grey sky after it's on the listing. By then it's a complaint, a redo and a client wondering what else was missed.

The checker is a short, specific list per asset type — dimensions and labels for floor plans, skies and edges for enhancements, links and hotspots for tours — with pass or fail per item and the name of who signed it off. A job can't move to delivered until it's been through.

Before

"Did anyone check this?" asked after delivery.

Built

Per-asset checklists, pass/fail per item, sign-off recorded, delivery blocked until QC passes.

After

Redos fall; every complaint has a record to check against; quality stops depending on who was in that day.

Workflow system · Outsourceylon International · finance

The owner sees the money without opening a spreadsheet.

Invoicing to agencies in three currencies, from a spreadsheet, once a month, by hand. Some months an invoice was raised twice; some months a client was missed. Nobody could say, on a given day, what was owed.

The finance system takes delivered jobs from the production platform, raises invoices per client per month, tracks what's paid, and gives the owner one screen of what's owed, what's overdue and how each month compares. With an audit trail behind every number.

Before

Month-end invoicing by hand; unbilled work found by accident.

Built

Invoices generated from delivered jobs, payment tracking, monthly analysis, audit trail.

After

Nothing unbilled. Overdue visible daily. Month-end takes an hour.

Product · Scorecial · organiser portal

A tournament platform organisers run themselves.

Futsal tournaments are run by people with a group chat, a whiteboard and a spreadsheet of teams. Scorecial is a platform for those organisers, and the portal is the part they live in: teams and registrations, fixtures generated from the format, live results entered from the sideline, standings updated as they happen.

Built for Scorecial as a client, before we joined them. It's the one system here built for people we'd never met, which is the point of showing it.

Before

Fixtures in a spreadsheet, results on WhatsApp, standings worked out by hand at 11pm.

Built

Registration, fixture generation, live scoring, standings, and a public page for players and parents.

After

Organisers run tournaments from their laptop; players see standings before they've left the court.
