Four steps. Stop after any of them.
Nobody is asked to commit to a build before they've seen the plan and the price. Websites, audits and Ads start straight from a call; workflow systems start from a Blueprint. Either way, you keep what you've paid for.
Discovery
A call about the business, the brand, and what's in the way.
We ask about the things nobody writes down: how work comes in, who quotes it, where the price comes from, what happens when the owner is away, which spreadsheet everyone secretly distrusts. You talk, we take notes, and we ask the awkward follow-ups.
What you get
- A one-page note, within a day, on what we'd build first and roughly what it would cost
- A straight answer on whether we can help — and if we can't, who might
What it costs
- Nothing. Forty-five minutes on WhatsApp or a video call
- No slides, no pitch deck, no follow-up sequence
Blueprint
A written plan: where it leaks, what to build first, what it costs and what it saves.
For systems work we go inside the business for a week. We map how a job really moves from enquiry to invoice, talk to the people who touch it, and look at the tools you actually use. Then we write it down, plainly, with numbers, and a fixed quote for the first build. Websites, audits and Ads skip this step.
Where it leaks
Build first
What you get
- A 6–10 page plan you own, whether or not you build with us
- Your workflows as they actually are
- The three things worth building, in order, with a cost and an expected saving
- A fixed-price quote for the first build
Why it's paid
- It's a week of real work, and a plan that's paid for gets read
- It's how we price a build properly instead of guessing from a call
- The USD 150 comes off the build, so if you go ahead the plan was free
Build
The thing itself. A site, a system, an audit, a campaign — at the price we agreed.
Web first, so it works on every phone in the business; a mobile app only when the job needs one. You see it working every week on a test link, not just at the end. We take on a few clients at a time, so the start date we give you is one we'll keep.
Typical numbers
- Website — from USD 350
- One tool that replaces one spreadsheet — from USD 350
- Workflow system — by quote, from the Blueprint
- Launch Readiness Audit — USD 250
- Google Ads — USD 150 setup, then 100 a month
Always included
- Fixed price. If it takes us longer, that's our problem
- Three months of Keep: hosting, fixes, small changes
- A handover so your team can run it without us
- Your data, exportable, at any time
Care
We stay on as your tech team. Keep it running, fix what breaks, add what's next.
A system nobody maintains slowly becomes the new spreadsheet. So after every build, we stay. Three tiers, one call a month, and a person who already knows how your business runs. Three months of Keep come free with every build.
Keep
- Hosting, backups, security updates — you own your domain
- Bug fixes
- An hour of small changes each month
- Support on WhatsApp, same working day
Grow
- Everything in Keep
- One Google Ads campaign managed and tuned
- A one-page monthly report on leads and money
- A monthly call to plan what's next
Scale
- Everything in Grow
- A full development day every month
- New features, integrations, the next module
- Priority on anything urgent
Things owners ask before they book.
Do I have to buy a build after the Blueprint?
No. The Blueprint is yours. About half of owners build with us, some build with their own people, some do nothing for six months and come back. All fine.
I don't need a plan, I just need a thing built.
Tell us in one line what you need and we'll reply on WhatsApp or email within a working day with a price or a better idea. Websites, Ads and audits don't need a Blueprint; systems do.
How many clients do you take on?
A few at a time. We're a small studio and we'd rather give you a real start date than a fast one we can't keep. You'll get the date on the call.
Do you work remotely? Where are you?
Colombo, and mostly remotely. We've built systems for businesses we've never visited and for one we grew up inside. Both work.
What do you build with?
Web apps first, because they run on every phone in the business without an app store. React, Laravel, Strapi and the usual modern stack; mobile apps in React Native when a job genuinely needs one. Your data is always exportable.
What happens when something breaks at 9pm?
On any Care tier, message us. Same working day for Keep, faster for Scale. Outside the tiers, we'll still answer, we'll just quote for it.
Who owns the domain and the hosting?
You own the domain, always — we register it in your name if you don't have one. We pay for the hosting while you're on a Care tier, and hand it over cleanly if you leave.
Let's build the thing.
A free 45-minute call. No slides. You leave with a note on what we'd build first and what it would cost.
