Overview

The Outsourceylon PMS is an internal platform designed to manage daily production operations across a high-volume service environment. It provides a structured system for tracking work, coordinating teams, and maintaining consistent delivery standards.

Challenge

Production work was managed across spreadsheets, chat tools, and manual coordination. This created bottlenecks, reduced visibility into workloads, and made it difficult to track progress or ensure consistent output across teams.

Approach

We designed the system around the real operational flow — job intake, assignment, tracking, quality control, and delivery — ensuring each stage is visible, structured, and easy to manage in real time.
